Customer Service / Return Policies

We are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied with our service and products. Our products are fully guaranteed to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship.Sticks may be returned within 10 days if you are not completely satisfied. They must be free of dents, nicks and other marks of wear. Due to our custom, artisanal production processes, some products may not be as readily available as others, and a wait time may be necessary. Please email for custom drum price information.

Shipping Information

For delivery in the U.S.:

To serve you most effectively, we ship via UPS (United Parcel Service). Shipping costs for custom drums will be calculated and included in the work/purchase order. Pennsylvania residents add 6% sales tax; Allegheny County residents add an additional 1% (total, 7%).

International shipping:

Shipping and handling charges to other countries will vary.
